Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Business Leader to spearhead our team's success. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding our market presence, and fostering strong relationships with premium merchants.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets across multiple payment solutions, ensuring exceptional customer service and high-quality deliverables.
- Lead day-to-day activities with your team, providing guidance and support to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
- Effectively communicate complex solutions to novice customers, negotiate sales conversions and retention, and articulate benefits and best practices at client locations.
- Collect and analyze feedback from the market on existing offerings and competitor insights to inform product development and drive business expansion.
The ideal candidate should be a self-starter who can take ownership without handholding and navigate ambiguity comfortably. A passion for working in a fast-growing firm and willingness to get hands dirty is essential. Fintech experience or prior field experience is highly valued.
Key virtues include honesty, trustworthiness, good sales and negotiation skills, an interest in financial products and markets, and understanding of local geography. A degree or post-graduation degree is preferred.
