Your Role

As a vital member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing timely and efficient solutions that align with the client's aspirations and value proposition.

Your Impact

  • Deliver administrative and client service support, ensuring seamless interactions with Premier clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding features, benefits, and account management activities for special clients/ad hoc requests.
  • Collaborate with partner branches, Consumer Finance, Cards, Global Markets, Trust, and Bancassurance partners to drive synergies through referrals and cross-selling.
  • Identify and provide account referrals and leads to further business growth.
  • Pursue continuous relationship-building activities, lobby management, and offer high levels of customer service.
  • E nsure compliance with procedures, control matters, and regulatory requirements/guidelines, performing self-audit functions as assigned.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer support units to facilitate smooth account operations.
  • Liaise with other support units on productivity report consolidation and administrative functions of Wealth Management.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent field from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in banking operations, preferably in branch roles.
  • Excellent communication and coalition building skills, balancing internal and external stakeholders; high level of knowledge and understanding in subject matters.
  • Previous experience in selling investment products or as a relationship manager is advantageous.
