Job Description

As a People Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the HR function by assisting with various people operations activities and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver an empathic and customer service-focused experience for everyone at our organization.
  • Provide support to employee questions and inquiries, delivering high-level customer service.
HR Administration
  • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence in our HRIS system.
  • Manage employee data in our HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Systems, Automation & Reporting
  • Ensure rigorous QA processes for all data entry tasks.
  • Develop automation of HR processes in our HRIS system to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
  • Own the People Confluence space and Human Resources Google drive, ensuring documents are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Keep the People Ops playbook up to date with documented processes and links.
Employee Relations
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding people policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist with employee relations documentation, including disciplinary actions and performance management processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desired.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software.
