
People Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Coordinator. You will play a crucial role in supporting HR activities and ensuring the smooth execution of processes.
This role involves delivering a customer-focused experience for employees, providing support with questions and inquiries, and assisting with various people operations tasks.
ResponsibilitiesEmployee Experience
- Work collaboratively with the People team to deliver an empathic and service-focused experience for all employees.
- Support employee inquiries and consider innovative ways to advance our People Operations backbone.
HR Administration
- Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, and maintaining personnel records.
- Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR correspondence.
- Manage employee data while ensuring accuracy and integrity.
Systems, Automation & Reporting
- Implement rigorous QA processes for data entry tasks.
- Develop automation of HR processes to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
- Oversee the People Confluence space and Human Resources Google drive, ensuring documents are up-to-date and accurate.
- Ensure the People Ops playbook is kept current with documented processes and links.
Employee Relations
- Triage Zendesk tickets within 24 hours.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist with employee relations documentation, including disciplinary actions and performance management processes.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desired.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
