Growth Opportunities:

We seek a detail-oriented administration professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role involves coordinating and executing various People and Office programs and processes, working cross-functionally with other teams.

A Day in the Life:

  • Manage employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
  • Maintain accurate records in HR systems and payroll platforms
  • Assist with benefits administration and shipping/receiving tasks
  • Provide basic IT support as needed
  • Plan and execute team events
  • Manage budgets and track expenses
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns

You Are:

  • Experienced in HR or Administrative roles (3+ years)
  • Prior experience in high-volume administrative positions (e.g., HR, recruiting, office management)
  • Some IT experience beneficial
  • Passionate about delivering positive employee experiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and personable
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Available to work standard business hours (8am - 5pm PST) and attend occasional meetings in Metro Manila
