This role is based on-site in the UAE and will require relocation. ALEC Technologies is scheduled to hold interviews in

As a
Technology Solutions Engineer
, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting advanced technology systems that enhance efficiency, improve safety, and deliver unique user experiences across modern environments.

Your Role

  • Design, implement, and integrate advanced technology systems into large-scale projects
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions
  • Ensure systems meet high standards of efficiency, security, and performance
  • Contribute to innovative smart solutions that transform user experiences

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's is a plus)
  • Professional certifications such as Cisco, AVIXA CTS, KNX, PMP, or Security Systems certifications are an advantage
  • Proven experience in ICT, ELV, AV, Security Systems, or IoT projects
  • Strong technical knowledge with hands-on project delivery skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities
  • A passion for innovation and continuous learning
