About the Role

This position is designed for an individual who excels in creating processes, building systems, and executing tasks that maintain operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and configure tools such as project management software, help desk platforms, and internal dashboards to enhance productivity.
  • Develop and manage automation workflows using platforms like Zapier or similar solutions to streamline tasks.
  • Recommend and implement system improvements that boost efficiency and resolve operational challenges.
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Design dashboards that integrate data from various sources, including e-commerce platforms and payment systems.
  • Generate reports to track key performance indicators, sales performance, and staff productivity metrics.
General Operational Support
  • Execute project-based operational tasks as assigned.
  • Take ownership of administrative and organizational needs that arise.
  • Act as a reliable partner to free up leadership's time by ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Assist with recruitment workflows, including posting job ads, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews for local studio staff.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in operations, administration, or project support.
  • Proficiency in using tools such as Zapier, Slack, Shopify, Square, or other workflow/automation platforms (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Flexibility in working remotely across time zones (flexible schedule).
