Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Academic Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the success of students by coordinating instructors, tracking student progress, and providing exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will have excellent time management skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and possess excellent communication skills both in person and virtually.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with instructors to ensure seamless delivery of programs and initiatives
  • Monitor student progress and provide targeted academic support
  • Provide administrative support to Regional Operations, including answering calls, managing daily data, and creating schedules with students and teachers
  • Manage class schedules to optimize staffing and meet efficiency targets
  • Track all students' academic progress and ensure smooth execution of programs
  • Collaborate with partner program directors to review progress, adjust academic plans, and renew enrollments
Requirements
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work environment
  • Proficient in using various communication media, including phone, video, and email
  • Strong ability to build trust and engagement in virtual relationships
  • Ability to manage remote teams and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to acquire new skills as required
  • Bachelor's Degree and 2-3 years of progressive career growth
  • Experience working in a virtual operations and team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications
