We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Southeast Asia. As a key member of our regional sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the region.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in business development, ideally in the education or technology sectors. They will be able to identify and develop new business opportunities, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and drive sales growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion in Southeast Asia
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct sales and channel partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers in the education and technology industries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies tailored to each country's unique market landscape

What We Look For:

  • Bachelor's degree (Postgraduate qualification is a plus)
  • 10+ years' experience in business development, ideally in the education or technology sectors
  • Proven success in consultative B2B sales and partnership development
  • Deep understanding of the language learning and assessment landscape in Southeast Asia, including key stakeholders, regulatory environments, and market trends
