Job Title: Business Intelligence Developer


  Overview

  As a highly skilled Business Intelligence Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, constructing, and configuring applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications function effectively and efficiently, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. You will be responsible for making key decisions that impact the project and work closely with your team to deliver high-quality solutions that align with organizational goals.


  Responsibilities

  • Expected to be an SME (Subject Matter Expert).
      
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform at their best.
      
  • Responsible for team decisions.
      
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
      
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
      
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.
      
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
      
  • Assist in the development of training materials and documentation for end-users.

  Qualifications

  

  •   
  • Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Extract Transform Load (ETL) tools and technologies.
      
  • Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Test Management and Cloud Data Migration Testing.
      
  • Strong understanding of data integration techniques and methodologies.
      
  • Experience with data warehousing concepts and tools.
      
  • Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.
      
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues efficiently.

  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Extract Transform Load (ETL) tools and technologies.
      
  • This position is based at our Manila office.
      
  • Shift Schedule: Australian business hours (7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PHST; will adjust when Australia is on DST).
      
  • Work Set up: Hybrid.
      
  • Number of days in a month or week that needs to be in the office: 2x a week.
      
  • Location (During onsite): Cubao CyberPark 1.
      
  • Seniority level: Entry level.
