Executive Team Lead

We are seeking an accomplished leader to guide our remote Executive Assistant team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving exceptional client experiences and elevating the performance of our VAs.

About the Role:

This role requires someone with a solid background in executive support, experience managing and coaching remote teams, and a proven track record of delivering clear, constructive feedback. You will oversee a team of Executive Assistants, promoting a positive, productive work culture and ensuring each team member understands their goals and has the resources needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Executive Assistants, creating a cohesive work environment.
  • Offer customized coaching to VAs, leveraging your knowledge of various industries to support them in delivering industry-specific solutions.
  • Set measurable performance goals, track team progress, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Act as the first point of contact for escalated issues, working to resolve client concerns and implement solutions to improve overall team efficiency.
Requirements:
  • A strong background in executive support, preferably in a large international corporation.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role with a strong background in managing and coaching remote teams.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering clear, constructive feedback.
  • Experience with remote work tools and platforms (e.g., Discord, GSuite, Asana), and managing teams across different time zones.
  • An analytical mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and improving team processes.
Environment & Technology Needed:
  • Professional microphone headset or functional computer microphone equivalent
  • Fast, responsive computer
  • Clean & professional background/audio environment for video calls with customers

Work Schedule: US & PH work hours (40+ hours per week)
