Job Description

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Assistant Supervisor who will support the QA Supervisor in overseeing daily quality operations. The role ensures that all products, processes, and systems comply with company standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. This position also provides leadership to the QA team and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the QA Supervisor in managing daily quality assurance operations
  • Supervise and guide QA staff in inspections, audits, and testing
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, ISO, and other regulatory standards
  • Support in developing and implementing QA systems, policies, and procedures
  • Participate in internal audits and recommend corrective/preventive actions
  • Monitor documentation, reports, and records for accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinate with production and other departments to resolve quality issues
  • Provide training and coaching to QA staff

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, or related course
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in food, cold storage, or manufacturing industry
  • Strong knowledge of QA systems, HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards
  • With leadership potential and good organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules and extended hours if needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
