Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our content creator team.

This role involves coordinating and communicating weekly and daily team schedules, ensuring all coverage needs are consistently met. You will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and peer-mentorship assignments.

As the primary contact for operational questions and day-to-day workflow issues, you will act as a key support for the team. Your responsibilities will also include tracking team performance and process adherence, escalating concerns as necessary.

You will maintain and improve standard operating procedures for scheduling, onboarding, and reporting. Collaboration with leadership is required to resolve productivity bottlenecks and foster an inclusive and productive culture across a 100% remote team.
