About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Assistant Supervisor to join our dynamic team at GoldenLion Construction Supply Corp. in Cabuyao City, Laguna. This is a full-time role, offering the opportunity to play a key part in overseeing the efficient operations of our fast-paced warehouse and distribution centre.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing goods
  • Oversee the work of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training and performance feedback to help them achieve their targets
  • Implement and enforce warehouse policies, procedures and safety standards to maintain a well-organised and compliant work environment
  • Monitor inventory levels, identify discrepancies and work with the team to resolve any issues
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of receiving, storage and distribution activities
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure efficient flow of information and materials
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of warehouse operations through the identification of efficiencies and the implementation of best practices

What we're looking for

  • 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment, ideally in a supervisory or team lead role
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teams
  • Proficient in using warehouse management systems and other relevant software
  • Familiarity with inventory management principles and experience in implementing supply chain best practices
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency
  • A proactive, safety-conscious approach and a genuine passion for operational excellence
