
Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our customer relationship management (CRM) platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CRM processes, sales pipelines, and lead management.
This role involves owning and optimizing our HubSpot platform across marketing, sales, and reporting. Key responsibilities include:
Main Responsibilities- Maintaining the marketing website, landing pages, and blog on HubSpot CMS.
- Developing custom templates and modules to enable scalable content creation.
- Optimizing all digital assets for search engine optimization (SEO), mobile responsiveness, and site performance.
- Configuring and managing the Sales CRM in HubSpot.
- Designing and executing email campaigns - including template creation, audience segmentation, and drip workflows.
- Implementing marketing automation strategies to nurture leads and improve conversion.
- Building and maintaining HubSpot dashboards and custom reports to track key marketing and sales KPIs.
Requirements for this position include:
Required Skills and Qualifications- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CMS Hub).
- A proven ability to build and manage HubSpot CMS websites (templates, modules, SEO best practices).
- A strong understanding of CRM processes, sales pipelines, workflows, and lead management.
- Experience with email marketing, automation, and segmentation strategies.
- The ability to create insightful reports and dashboards that drive strategic decisions.
- HubSpot certifications (CMS, Marketing, or Sales Software).
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for HubSpot CMS customization.
