Training Program Development Expert

This role is responsible for designing, developing and implementing training programs that align with business objectives. As a Learning Specialist, you will deliver training sessions, assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create training programs aligned with business goals
- Deliver training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer
- Assess training needs to identify areas for improvement
- Evaluate training program effectiveness and make recommendations for enhancement
Key Requirements:
- Excellent analytical skills
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and gap analysis
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in sales and services support
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Favorable Background:
- Prior experience in training or learning and development roles is beneficial
