Job Overview

This role involves providing customs assistance in Denmark. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring all jobs are actioned based on priority and within allowed KPI.

Main Responsibilities
  • Action daily workbench and workload allocation to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Follow standard operating procedures for vetting and compiling customs documentation.
  • Report any irregularities and communicate with stakeholders as needed.
  • Escalate missing documents for customs clearance and send email communication to responsible parties.
  • Assist with customer pre-lodge and customs activities, responding to queries and resolving issues.
  • Send jobs into pre-lodge or customs as required.
  • Participate in process improvement projects to enhance customs clearance efficiency.
  • Meet or exceed performance expectations as defined in the service level agreement.
  • Work under the direction of team leaders and adapt to company culture.
  • Take ownership of personal development and contribute to team success.
  • Perform assigned duties and support the achievement of quality, health, safety, and environmental objectives.
