Key Job Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for a Process Automation Specialist to partner with cross-functional teams and identify opportunities to automate workflows.
  • The ideal candidate will design, implement, and maintain automations that integrate multiple platforms, including n8n, Airtable, Microsoft Power Automate/Power Query, and various APIs.
  • This role involves building and maintaining automated workflows using n8n, ensuring efficient and reliable execution across multiple business systems.
  • Responsibilities also include connecting and synchronizing Airtable, Microsoft ecosystem tools, JIRA, Basecamp, and other SaaS platforms via APIs, webhooks, and automation flows.
  • Develop and manage Power Automate flows and Power Query transformations to streamline data handling, reporting, and operational dashboards.
  • Create and manage API integrations with project management, CRM, and communication tools to eliminate manual work.
  • Maintain clear documentation for all automations and provide training or guidance to ensure solutions are sustainable.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-4+ years of experience in operations automation, systems integration, or process improvement roles is required.
  • The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business processes into automated workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for documenting workflows and collaborating across teams.
  • Proven experience with n8n workflow automation is a must-have.
  • Strong proficiency in Airtable (schemas, formulas, automations, API integration) is essential.
  • Skilled in Power Automate and Power Query for Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and Basecamp, including automation of tasks and reporting.
  • Bonus: Experience with Zapier, Make.com, or scripting (JavaScript/Python).
