**Job Title:** Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record in sales or student recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Convert student inquiries into successful applications and deposits for partner universities.
  • Implement marketing and recruitment strategies with senior management.
  • Deliver student counseling services from initial inquiry to visa guidance and pre-departure.
  • Build relationships with education agents, schools, and other recruitment partners.
  • Maintain knowledge of U.S. partner university programs in Business, STEM, and high-demand career fields.
  • Identify new recruitment channels and opportunities in strategically important markets.
  • Report on lead converting activities, student pipeline, and application/deposit numbers.
  • Manage CRM data effectively and follow up timely.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven sales or recruitment experience in higher education.
  • Experience in converting leads into enrollments through consultative selling.
  • High business acumen and ability to work to clear performance targets.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • CRM experience and knowledge of U.S. higher education, visa processes, and academic programs are advantageous.
