Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and eager-to-learn Recruitment Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day hiring operations. This internship provides hands-on experience in talent acquisition, offering a solid foundation in recruitment processes and HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Create and post job advertisements across multiple platforms.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to organize candidate information.
  • Support onboarding activities, including document collection and orientation coordination.
  • Research recruitment tools, strategies, and best practices to enhance team efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.
  • Genuine interest in recruitment and HR functions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Professional and discreet when handling sensitive or confidential information.

Note:

This is an unpaid internship, but top-performing interns may be considered for a guaranteed job offer upon completion of the program.
