Remote Administrative Assistant Wanted

We are seeking an organised and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our Environmental Monitoring team in day-to-day administrative tasks.

This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks remotely while ensuring seamless communication and task execution.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects and tasks using Podio.com
  • Prepare and format reports, presentations, and proposals for the team utilising GSuite platform, Google Docs, Google Drive
  • Add new leads, contacts, or projects; update existing fields; tag and categorise entries; import/export data
  • Assign and track tasks; notify relevant team members of overdue items; generate project reports

Further responsibilities include:

  • Organise and maintain shared documents and digital filing systems;
  • Provide general administrative support to environmental consultants and field teams;
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a relevant administrative role;
  • Experience supporting remote teams;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • High level of proficiency with office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.);
  • Basic knowledge of data entry and database management;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
  • Strong organisational and time management skills;
  • Comfortable working across multiple teams or departments;
Bonus points if you have:
  • A background in environmental science;
  • Experience with GSuite, Google Drive and/or Google Docs;
  • A certification in Virtual Assistance or a related field;
