
Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Administrator to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will provide exceptional support to multiple team members, proactively and effectively.
This role requires a high level of business acumen and organizational skills, which will contribute to seamless day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for managing agendas, coordinating meetings, maintaining calendars, and ensuring the smooth operation of the executive management function.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate meeting agendas for senior team members and executives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of meeting minutes and action items
- Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and make necessary bookings
- Oversee internal administration processes and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, suppliers, and clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
- Strong analytical and computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality
Skills and Qualifications:
- Project management skills, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic accounting knowledge, experience with Xero or similar accounting software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new situations, and think creatively
