Job DescriptionThe SAVP will oversee the development of renewable energy projects, from feasibility studies to construction, ensuring successful project execution and profitability. Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Business Development & Deal-Making
- Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities in renewable energy, including solar, wind, hydro, and other clean energy projects.
- Lead deal negotiations, structuring, and execution, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives.
- Project & Financial Management
- Develop financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making and maximize project returns.
- Strategic Business Development
- Drive business growth initiatives in the renewable energy sector, identifying opportunities for expansion and innovation.
- Deal Negotiation & Execution
- Lead negotiations and structuring of deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and maximizing returns.
- Project Management
- Oversee end-to-end development of renewable energy projects, from feasibility studies to construction, ensuring successful project execution and profitability.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in business development, project finance, or investment management, with a strong focus on renewable energy.
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals and securing project financing.
- Strong financial modeling, risk assessment, and capital structuring expertise.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
