Role Overview

As a Business Insights Manager, you'll be responsible for driving strategic initiatives through data-driven insights and innovative strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Extraction and Visualization: Collect and organize data from various sources, creating and maintaining dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI.
  • In-depth Analysis: Analyze monthly in-market sales, assist in budgeting and business planning, and communicate key opportunities and challenges to management.
  • Insights Recommendation: Generate actionable insights and make recommendations that will drive business performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Engagement with Key Accounts: Engage in continuous discussions with Key Accounts regarding sales channel optimization and market insights.
  • Target Setting & Forecasting: Lead target setting discussions, sales forecasting, and ensure accurate data in the PDI system during budget planning.
  • Business Planning and Automation: Provide analysis and insights on affiliate performance, formulate business cases for future product launches, and lead discussions on demand shaping and continuous improvement of business processes.
  • Pricing: Formulate pricing business cases, coordinate with internal stakeholders and regional counterparts, and maintain affiliate prices in the Pricing 360 system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Preferably 3-4 years in a quantitative field with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights through advanced data analysis.
  • Experience using analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL or similar platforms is required.
  • The ability to translate strategies into ambitious goals, demonstrated flexibility and curiosity, in addition to strong analytical skills and communication skills.
