Establish your expertise in advanced technical support for global customers on MDM/UEM platforms with our team. As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will work on challenging technical issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and QA.

You will provide L2/L3 support, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently, escalate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve product-related matters, develop knowledge base articles and training materials, mentor junior engineers and share best practices, and handle escalations with urgency and professionalism.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical support (enterprise software/SaaS)
  • Strong experience with VMware Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune, MobileIron, or IBM MaaS360
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira, Salesforce
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
