Job Title: Technical Support Specialist and Quality Assurance Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist and Quality Assurance Expert to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, previous experience in a consumer or business app environment, and demonstrated ability to provide effective technical support or QA testing in a fast-moving software team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling complex issues escalated from the customer service team
  • Investigating and resolving customer problems by reproducing issues, reviewing logs, and testing app flows
  • Communicating clearly and empathetically with customers when needed
  • Enabling internal support agents with clear explanations, fixes, and documentation
  • Participating in pre-release QA cycles, testing app builds on both physical devices and simulators
  • Running manual tests across key user journeys and edge cases
  • Helping design and maintain automated test suites
  • Providing feedback during release planning to identify risks and areas needing special attention
  • Developing a deep knowledge of the app's user journeys
  • Curiously exploring and identifying areas for improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong English communication skills
  • Previous experience in a consumer or business app environment
  • Demonstrated ability to provide effective technical support or QA testing
