Chief Legal Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Case Coordinator to facilitate the smooth progression of client matters by managing workflows, tracking case statuses and resolving workflow issues.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and tracking the firm's legal workflow pipeline to ensure tasks and cases progress within deadlines and milestones.
- Review case statuses weekly to identify overdue tasks, retainer replenishment needs or delays requiring attention or resource adjustments.
- Communicate with attorneys, paralegals and support staff to clarify task assignments, address workflow issues and ensure progress is maintained.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining reports to highlight case progress, workflow patterns and areas needing improvement.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in a legal environment.
- Strong understanding of legal workflows and case management processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
