KEY REPONSIBILITIES:


• Establishes and implements short- and long-range organizational goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures; monitors and evaluates programmatic and operational effectiveness, and effects changes required for improvement.


• Maintains cordial and effective working relations with external clients and serves as the primary interface for clients and translates requirements into action plans for the program.


• Managing, coaching and mentoring Team Leaders within their umbrella.


• To proactively maintain regular engagement with key client contacts in line with client expectations.


• To have a well-defined communication and engagement model in place to ensure all teams understand the performance of the business and also that they understand the needs of their teams.


• Responsibility and accountability for the operational performance of the client areas and for exceeding targets of all required metrics.


• Achieving productivity and quality targets, including attendance and attrition.


• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations."

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management within the BPO industry.

Proven track record in managing teams and driving operational performance.

Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve targets and improve performance.

In-depth knowledge of BPO processes, metrics, and best practices.

Experience with quality assurance, process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean), and performance management.

Proficiency in using operational reporting tools and performance metrics.
