Our organization is seeking a Case Manager to oversee the application and funding process for personal injury plaintiffs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client communications, reviewing legal documents, and ensuring that applicants receive efficient and compassionate guidance throughout the funding process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a pipeline of incoming pre-settlement funding applications
  • Communicate with clients, attorneys, and medical providers to collect case details and documentation
  • Provide expert guidance to applicants regarding the funding process

Document Review and Evaluation

  • Review and analyze legal documents such as police reports, medical records, and settlement documents
  • Ensure the completeness and accuracy of law firm submissions

Process and System Optimization

  • Maintain CRM accuracy with timely updates on case statuses
  • Monitor progress of applications and prioritize high-urgency cases effectively

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 2+ years of experience in legal funding, personal injury, claims processing, sales, or client-facing roles
  • Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
  • Working knowledge of personal injury case types (auto accidents, premises liability, etc.)
  • Comfortable handling legal documents and coordinating with attorneys
  • Proficient in Google Workspace
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality in a fast-paced environment
