">About the Role

The Key Account Associate plays a vital role in our organization, responsible for acquiring new brands and driving conversions through various channels.

Responsibilities:
  • Acquire at least 5 new brands with a minimum of 2 branches each.
  • Utilize cold calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions to engage potential clients.
  • Set meetings to introduce company products and services.
  • Develop customized offers and partnership schemes.
  • Main point of contact for client concerns and key account nurturing.
  • Collate and maintain client databases and information.
  • Collaborate with internal departments on partnership-related concerns.
  • Manage and coordinate events, including government partnerships.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is also crucial. Proficiency in CRM software and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
