Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in CRM management.

About the Role

This role involves providing exceptional customer support through inbound and outbound phone calls, managing leads in HubSpot CRM, drafting professional email responses, and conducting research to support client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and provide timely support.
  • CRM Management (HubSpot): Update lead statuses, tag appropriately, and send email campaigns or follow-ups based on client stage.
  • Email Follow-Ups: Draft and send professional email responses to clients and leads.
  • Lead Coordination: Track and nurture leads through the pipeline, ensuring no opportunities are missed.
  • Research: Conduct research on vehicles, fleets, and industry-related information to support client needs.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records and provide updates on lead activity, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.
Requirements
  • Experience: In customer service, sales coordination, or CRM management.
  • Credentials: Strong knowledge or familiarity with HubSpot CRM (highly preferred).
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills (phone and email) with a customer-first attitude, strong organizational and multitasking skills, ability to research, analyze, and present information clearly, highly detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills, tech-savvy and comfortable working with online tools, email automation, and reporting systems.
