Job Title: Solution Assessment Expert

Be part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and high-quality assessment services that drive business outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and work with a portfolio of Solution Assessments, using best-in-class Microsoft platforms. You will be accountable for managing the customer journey, from initial engagement to post-assessment support, ensuring seamless transitions into cloud adoption roadmaps.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with assessment discovery platforms, Cloud technologies, and Azure solutions is highly desirable.

You will have the opportunity to grow your career in collaboration with the Microsoft and Inviso Solution Assessment teams, while benefiting from a broad network of client relationships across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Presales, Kickoff, and Scoping: Understanding customers' objectives and technical requirements, articulating benefits and outcomes through Solution Assessments.
  • Discovery: Determining optimal platforms to achieve stated objectives, supporting deployment through complete discovery.
  • Analysis: Completing analysis of collected data, identifying key insights, and producing executive summary assessment reports.
  • Presentation: Presenting key insights and actionable recommendations in a summary form to relevant customers and stakeholders.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Supporting seamless customer transitions into post-assessment actions with relevant teams.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in solution sales, technical sales, or consulting in Microsoft solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Cloud technologies, Microsoft 365, and Azure solutions.
  • Assessment discovery platforms experience.
  • Experience in performing CAF and governance model workshops.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience working with Microsoft Solution Assessment teams.
  • Able to manage timely delivery of multiple, complex projects concurrently.
  • Self-directed with a focus on quality, able to apply independent judgment to accomplish objectives.
