As a senior knowledge management expert, you will play a pivotal role in developing and sharing knowledge across the organization.

The primary objective is to create a seamless flow of information, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality content for various audiences, including executive leadership and software engineers.
  • Create engaging and impactful knowledge-sharing materials using SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Miro, and video editing software.
  • Design and implement information channels to effectively disseminate knowledge and best practices within the Product Development Organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute knowledge-sharing initiatives, including Communities of Practice, conferences, and Town Hall events.
  • Embed knowledge management into our information architecture, ensuring major information hubs share information effectively.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Two to four years of experience in a similar position.
  • Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of the financial sector and software development is an asset.
  • Effective communication skills and a commitment to growth in this space.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Miro, video editing, and other communication tools.
