BPO Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Sales Team Leader to manage our B2B Sales program in Eastwood.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing sales teams, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with clients.

As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales agents, overseeing daily operations, training team members, and ensuring performance targets are met.

You will also be actively involved in lead generation and sales processes, setting benchmarks, and providing hands-on guidance to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and distribute leads to team members
  • Make at least 5-10 sales calls personally to stay connected with the process
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads for industrial customers looking to sell waste recycle disposable products like paper & plastic
  • Conduct a daily team huddle to discuss goals and challenges
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Monitor real-time performance metrics and provide immediate feedback
  • Demonstrate the sales process by making actual calls and closing deals
  • Prepare and send daily performance report to the client
  • Address any escalated customer issues
  • Conduct at least 2-3 side-by-side coaching sessions with team members

Team Management:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives

Weekly Deliverables:

  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
  • Analyze weekly performance data and prepare a comprehensive report
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings with each team member to review performance
  • Hold a team meeting to discuss weekly goals, challenges, and successes
  • Review and refine call scripts and sales strategies based on performance data
  • Conduct a weekly client call to discuss performance and address any concerns

Monthly Deliverables:

  • Prepare and present a monthly performance report to the client
  • Conduct formal performance evaluations for team members
  • Set and communicate monthly targets and incentives
  • Review and adjust staffing levels based on campaign needs
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Team sales revenue against targets
  • Lead conversion rates
  • Average handling time
  • CUSTOMER satisfaction scores
  • Team attendance and attrition rates
  • Quality assurance scores
  • Client satisfaction ratings
