Job Role Overview

This role is responsible for coordinating and implementing employee development initiatives to enhance workplace performance in line with company values and mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Learning Officer through completing learning deliverables and execution.
  • Create marketing and multimedia materials for learning and development programs.
  • Evaluate training needs by assessing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as training invites, participant coordination, tracking updates, expenses, and liquidations.
  • Design and develop learning materials, handouts, aids, and manuals.
  • Orient new hires and conduct induction sessions.
  • Coordinate external learning providers.
  • Communicate internal learning promotions and initiatives.
  • Assess training effectiveness and ensure incorporation of skills into employees' work behavior.
  • Evaluate ongoing programs to reflect any changes.
  • Stay updated on new trends and tools in employee development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage the full training cycle.
  • Proficiency in learning management software.
  • Familiarity with various training methods, tools, and techniques.
