The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative tasks such as records maintenance, database updating, calendar management, and other related tasks for the proper maintenance of intellectual property assets.

Job Overview
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Records Maintenance: Ensure the accurate and timely maintenance of records inventory, including physical storage, database updates, and calendar management.
  • Intellectual Property Coordination: Assist in coordinating with partners to obtain necessary documents and requirements to protect IP assets.
  • Administrative Support: Provide support in various administrative tasks as needed by the department.

Requirements

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in Intellectual Property or Legal Administration.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with ability to build strong working relationships.
