Content Creation Strategist Role

The Content Creation Strategist will play a vital role in fueling ShopBack's growth by developing high-performing ad creatives. This individual will serve as a bridge between internal design teams, UGC creators, and performance marketers to ensure a continuous flow of engaging content across various platforms.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in content management or marketing, with a proven track record of producing UGC-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies. They should possess a strong understanding of paid platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) and what makes content convert.

The Content Creation Strategist will be responsible for partnering with in-house design and media production teams to brief and request static and video assets for paid campaigns. They will also source, brief, and manage UGC creators and agencies to deliver daily fresh video content.

This role requires strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple creative streams at once. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, with a keen eye for performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion). A team player with demonstrated use of AI tools to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale is desired.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with internal design and media production teams to brief and request static and video assets for paid campaigns
  • Source, brief, and manage UGC creators and agencies to deliver daily fresh video content
  • Translate campaign objectives into clear creative briefs that drive measurable outcomes
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across TikTok, Meta, Google, and other paid platforms
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in content management or marketing
  • Proven experience producing UGC-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies
  • Strong understanding of paid platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) and what makes content convert
  • Strong project management skills; comfortable managing multiple creative streams at once
  • Data-driven with a keen eye for performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion)
  • Team player who can collaborate across creative, external partners, and performance teams
