Content Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a diligent and organized Content Coordinator to manage digital content, maintain structured vaults, and support workflows through accurate documentation and coordination.

This role is essential in ensuring content is tagged, categorized, and ready to drive performance. If you're passionate about content structure and trends, this is an excellent opportunity to grow in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Upload, organize, and tag digital content for optimal access and retrieval.
  • Maintain folder structures, naming conventions, and vault documentation to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Support the creation of script templates to maintain tone consistency across all content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on content ideas aligned with current trends and client goals.
  • Review content for quality and flag any inconsistencies or issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate databases and trackers for team coordination and effective communication.
  • Provide timely updates and task status via internal tools to ensure seamless project management.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in content coordination, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) and familiarity with content management systems and tracking tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure high-quality work and efficient workflow.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote team environment with minimal supervision.
