Digital Content Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Content & Marketing Specialist to lead our online content, elevate our digital presence, and drive measurable growth across platforms.

  • The successful candidate will manage all content across digital platforms including copy, imagery, video, voice, editing, uploading, and reporting.

  • They will create compelling and trend-driven content that reflects our brand and resonates with our audience.

  • Responsibilities include monitoring media, social, and pop culture for trending stories relevant to our community, driving traffic and engagement using SEO, SEM, email marketing, affiliates, and social strategies, optimising the online customer journey to increase conversion through content and personalisation, conducting in-depth traffic analysis and research to uncover new opportunities for content growth beyond search, collaborating with stakeholders, and managing the site during promotional and seasonal campaigns.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within a digital, content, or lifestyle company.

  • A strong understanding of long customer journeys and community building.

  • Proven experience across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms with strategies tailored for each.

  • Expert knowledge of digital and social organic search, Google Ads, affiliates, and display.

  • An understanding of omni-channel environments (website, CRM, social, advertising).

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics (essential).

  • Demonstrated success in driving online traffic that converts into community growth and sales.

  • Ability to think outside the box and deliver innovative solutions.

  • Confident communicator with experience working across teams and with external stakeholders.
