Job Title:

Content & Community Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation Strategy:
    • Develop a content strategy that aligns with brand goals, voice and customer journey.
    • Optimize for SEO: Conduct keyword research to boost organic traffic.
    • Create engaging on-brand content across various formats.
    • Manage content calendar: Plan, schedule, and track content production.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with internal teams to craft valuable content.
    • Oversee content creators/affiliates: Manage freelancers to ensure quality and consistency.
    • Monitor and analyze performance: Track key metrics to evaluate impact.
  • Community Engagement & Management:
    • Respond to comments, inquiries, and messages.
    • Create engaging community content and activations.
    • Collaborate with users and advocates for UGC and testimonials.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Brand Alignment:
    • Align with internal teams on campaigns and messaging.
    • Gather insights from product and support teams for content ideas.
    • Coordinate content needs with marketing, retail, and customer support teams.
  • Content Performance Analysis & Optimization:
    • Track and analyze performance metrics.
    • Run A/B tests and identify optimization opportunities.
    • Regularly report content performance.
Required Skills:
  • At least 3 years of experience creating and managing digital content.
  • Educational background in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • Excellent command of English with proven portfolio; strong writing and editing skills.
  • Able to conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices.
  • Experience managing communities on social media platforms.
  • Creative thinking and translation of brand goals into compelling narratives.
  • Soft skills include trend sensitivity, execution speed, strong communication, creative judgment, comfort with creators and data.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; familiarity with other languages is a plus.
