Ad Creative Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Ad Creative Specialist to join our team. As an Ad Creative Specialist, you will be responsible for fueling our growth by creating high-performing ad creatives that drive conversions.

Your mission is to deliver engaging content that wins clicks, drives conversions, and scales campaigns across various paid platforms.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with internal teams to brief and request static and video assets for paid campaigns
  • Source and manage UGC creators and agencies to deliver daily fresh video content
  • Translate campaign objectives into clear creative briefs that drive measurable outcomes
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across TikTok, Meta, Google, and other paid platforms
  • Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Manager to review creative performance and iterate quickly

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in content management or marketing
  • Proven experience producing UGC-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies
  • Strong understanding of paid platforms and what makes content convert
  • Strong project management skills; comfortable managing multiple creative streams at once
  • Data-driven with a keen eye for performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion)
