**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at GHS Inc. as an Accounting Clerkss. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration and retail management, with a proven track record of success in developing business strategies and driving financial growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement business strategies for long-term success, setting objectives for stores and departments and ensuring financial management within budget.
  • Optimize operations, lead store managers to collaborate effectively, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Address challenges with practical solutions, evaluate performance with key metrics, and report progress to senior executives.

**Requirements**

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5-7 years of working experience as an area manager, store manager, assistant manager, or similar managerial role.
  • Strong skills in managing diverse operations from a distance, with a strategic mindset and excellent abilities in financial and operations planning.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Amenability to work onsite and in Pampanga.
