Senior Billing/Accounts Receivable Specialist Position

This role is for a highly skilled Senior Billing/Accounts Receivable Specialist to oversee and manage the entire billing and accounts receivable process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. As a member of our team, you will work closely with clients in the U.S. and Europe, providing exceptional accounting and financial expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process Oversight: Oversee the entire billing and accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate payment receipt.
  2. Invoice Preparation: Prepare and review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
  3. Aging Reports and Collection: Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and manage the collection process to ensure timely payment receipt.
  4. Customer Account Reconciliation: Reconcile customer accounts, resolve discrepancies, and address any billing issues promptly.
  5. Strategic Development: Develop and implement effective strategies for improving the billing and collection process.
  6. Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure accurate and timely billing.
  7. Financial Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports related to billing and accounts receivable, providing insights and recommendations.
  8. Compliance and Audits: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant regulations.
  9. Team Mentoring: Mentor and provide guidance to junior billing and accounts receivable staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
