Key Responsibilities
  • Perform end-to-end general ledger accounting with precision and accuracy.
  • Partner with our finance controller to ensure ASC 606 compliance and timely commission expense reporting.
  • Design and implement processes for capitalizing software development costs under ASC 350.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports for senior leadership.
  • Lead projects requiring in-depth technical accounting research, GAAP compliance, and memo preparation.
  • Identify and implement process and system improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Participate in software implementations, process upgrades, and cross-training initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A CPA with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • 8+ years of progressive accounting and controllership experience.
  • 2-3 years in Big 4 audit or multinational companies.
  • Strong exposure to ASC 606 and QuickBooks.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while acting with integrity and professionalism.
