Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring that customers receive the best possible service and support.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers. You will work closely with internal teams to understand customer needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.

You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to grow revenue and expanding our customer base.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the success of our customers and help drive business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer success, consulting or account management required.

  • 3-5 years of direct and verifiable enterprise-level customer success experience for a SaaS company preferred.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in customer success, consulting or account management required.

  • Strong skills in verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management required.

  • Experience leading meetings and regular cadences, quarterly and annual customer success reviews preferred.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce preferred.
