Job Role

The KOL Outreach Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's global presence by fostering strategic partnerships with influencers and opinion leaders.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Identify and engage key opinion leaders, influencers, and content creators across various markets
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships, negotiate, and manage promotional activities with KOLs
  3. Coordinate and track influencer campaigns across platforms, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives
  4. Maintain a structured database of partnerships, campaign performance, and communications
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and ensure consistent brand representation
  6. Provide regular reports on campaign outcomes, performance metrics, and partnership development
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Proven experience in influencer marketing, outreach management, or partnership development, preferably within the gaming, tech, charity, or Web 3 sectors
  2. Fluent English, with a minimum proficiency level of C1
  3. Native-level proficiency in at least one of the following languages is a significant advantage: Spanish, Portuguese, Russian
  4. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  5. Understanding of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and crypto communities
  6. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and relationships simultaneously
  7. Results-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities
