Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and Selection: Utilize various recruitment channels and techniques to identify and attract top talent, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Candidate Management: Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate skills and experience, and develop comprehensive reports on candidate performance.
  • Recruitment Strategies: Develop and implement effective recruitment plans, including targeting specific demographics, utilizing diversity and inclusion initiatives, and leveraging technology to streamline the hiring process.
