Job Description:

Purchasing:


• Source and negotiate with suppliers for manufacturing materials.


• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to secure competitive pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.


• Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and specifications.


• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.


• Work closely with project managers.


• Monitor inventory levels and forecast material requirements.

Logistic Coordination:


• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely dispatch and receipt of materials to and from project sites.


• Coordinate with drivers and warehouse staff for efficient delivery routing and loading/unloading activities.

Qualifications:


• Proven experience in purchasing/procurement, especially in the construction/manufacturing industry.


• Good communication and interpersonal skills.


• Can work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments.


• Strong negotiation skills and supplier coordination.


• Willing to work onsite.
