Job Title:

Prospecting and Outreach Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously, ensuring seamless communication with prospects and the internal team. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Calendar) is also highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify new business opportunities
  • Manage email campaigns to drive new leads and improve engagement rates
  • Track responses and optimize outreach strategies to support business growth

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written communication skills for crafting and optimising email templates
  • A high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tracking leads and client information
  • Proficiency in sales processes and client relationship management
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with prospects and the internal team

Bonus Points:

  • Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or business development
  • Familiarity with email automation tools or outreach platforms
  • Background in conducting online research and organizing data

This is a full-time permanent position, working 45 hours a week. The role is fully remote, requiring candidates to have a reliable internet connection, and a suitable setup for on-camera meetings.
