The Talent Management Group (TMG) Senior Associate will be key player and will be responsible for implementing development programs to support skill enhancement and career growth, in fostering employee engagement, while sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top talents.

Talent Development:

  • Assess training and development needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.

  • Assist in program delivery and roll out of training modules

  • Create, improve and update training aids, presentations, and visual materials for training (using various media)

  • Conduct research on the latest training and presentation technology to ensure delivery methods are up to date

Talent Engagement:

  • Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

  • Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

  • Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and other engagement events.

  • Promote a culture of open communication and collaboration across the organization.

Talent Acquisition:

  • Source and interview candidates for the account's open requisitions

  • Own the recruitment and onboarding process of requisitions under Associate and/or Senior Associate level

  • Manage the onboarding and monitoring of third-party talent search vendors

  • Manage relationships with partner campuses and industry associations

Administrative:

  • Attend meetings and participate in committees as required.

  • Handle any related assignments required by the TMG Leader/s.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 1-year relevant experience in employee engagement, talent acquisition, and talent development.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in HR software, applicant tracking systems and MS Office.

  • Commitment to work on a mid-shift schedule.
